    Splash Bivy delivers on promise

    Very easy to put up.

    Lightweight

    Easy to pack its bag is not so small like other items that you spend 20 minutes trying to repack it

    No humidity issue

    Found that I stayed a little bit warmer

    All in all a very good product and would recommend it to others if you are focused on light weight equipment

    Perfect with flat tarp

    he splash bivy has become a key part of my ultralight setup.

    It’s even lighter and more compact than expected, and adds just enough protection to make a minimalist shelter system feel complete. Paired with a flat tarp in an A-frame setup, it creates a simple and very efficient system that works across a wide range of conditions.

    During bug season, it makes a big difference — keeping insects out while still feeling open and breathable. In wind and rain, it adds that extra layer of protection against splash and drifting weather, which makes the whole setup more comfortable and forgiving.

    What I like most is how little it adds in weight and bulk, while noticeably increasing usability and confidence in changing conditions.

    If you’re running a flat tarp and want a clean, ultralight solution for bugs and light weather protection, this is a great addition

    I’m a hammock camper and I do trips that are several days on trail and every once in a while we come across an area that doesn’t have trees so this is an awesome ultra light option that we can throw on the ground and sleep in when needed.
