The Pemi 15 is sized by chest circumference, not torso length. A snug, wrap-around fit is essential to limit bounce while running. Because the vest has minimal stretch (aside from the front shock cord), finding the right size depends on your build:

  • Athletic/Alpine Build: If you have a larger chest that tapers toward a narrower waist, erring toward the smaller size for your chest measurement may result in a more comfortable fit.

    Great pack, fits small

    Great little pack. Tons of space and great practical features. Only thing I'm not too fond of is the placement of the water bladder sleeve on the outside of the stiff back panel against the my back, but not a big deal.

    As a few others have noted it can fit small. I'm not large, 41" chest which should be perfect for a size large, but need to go up a size or two. Wonder if some packs got mislabeled in this batch? My much smaller partner tried it on and exclaimed that it's the most comfortable pack ever...so I guess she gets a new pack.

    Ordered it, fits super small, ordered medium, will need at least large. Quality and functions as always show this will be a great running pack.

    Incredibly light

    The vest is the lightest ive ever seen and feels the the best built. My only complaint would be that even the largest size is quite tight fit around the chest. Front pockets could use a bit more space and function. Overall id rec for ultra training and long day hikes.
