The Pemi 15 is sized by chest circumference, not torso length. A snug, wrap-around fit is essential to limit bounce while running. Because the vest has minimal stretch (aside from the front shock cord), finding the right size depends on your build:

Athletic/Alpine Build: If you have a larger chest that tapers toward a narrower waist, erring toward the smaller size for your chest measurement may result in a more comfortable fit.
Straight Build: If there is less discrepancy between your chest and waist, the larger size option may be better.
Preference: If you prefer a relaxed fit or plan to wear more layers, we recommend sizing up.

Hydration System

Hydration bladder compatible back panel allows for threading the hydration hose throughout the vest, maximizing running efficiency. Bladder compartment is entirely outside of the pack, providing additional protection to the inside of the pack.

External Carry

Vest harness features multiple pockets: 2 flask pockets, 2 front swoop pockets, 2 zippered pockets, 2 side swoop pockets, and an adjustable sternum system. A low-profile whistle integrated into the wearer's right flask pocket adds easy-access safety utility.

External Pockets

A durable UWMHPE stretch mesh front pocket provides quick, secure storage for wet layers, complemented by full-length, low-profile daisy chains that offer limitless lashing options for your external gear.

Access

#5 YKK Side Zipper features two sliders for rapid access to contents of the pack.

Top Closure

Roll-top closure system with vertical compression straps allows you to adjust the pack's volume, keeping the load compact, stable and protected from weather.

Top Compression Straps

Removable over the top strap mates to a welded UHMWPE webbing loop for additional compression or storage.

Side Straps

Two removable corded hooks provide on-the-go pole storage on the underside of the pack. Vertical pole carry compressions straps also provide an efficient way to store an ice axe.

Great Design
i was really excited about this pack. I run trails and bike ride. My current day pack is great for a hike; not so much run of bike. In these two activities I don’t appreciate how my current pack bounces around. The vest idea got my attention and I ordered a small (chest size 38) as I wanted to ensure a tight fit. The design (Volume, location of pockets / attachments, etc.) was great. Felt pretty tight but gave it a go on a run. Unfortunately, too tight with only a water bottle and a rain jacket along for the trip. In all other ways this answers my needs so I’m swapping out for a medium.

Haven’t received it yet. Hope it fits bigger Ta Ta’s based on reviews.
Glad I ordered the XL. Haven’t received it yet. But reading reviews in light of the excitement building as I wait for it to arrive… I’m glad I chose the XL. I am 67” and weight 153lbs. I have a large chest 38 DD. Not every runner or hiker was born with the stereotypical ideal athletic physique. I am hoping the vest style aids in reducing “bounce” and doesn’t fit like a 80’s string bikini top. Last thing women need is the weight of their chest and bra straps digging into shoulders with a vest style pack lacking load adjusters further complicating things.
Anxious to receive and get out there with it. 🤞
