We stand behind the quality of our gear. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date.

- Proof of Purchase: Keep your dated receipt – it's required for warranty claims.
- Resolution: We will repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price at our discretion.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Products that have been modified, neglected, misused, or abused.
- Damage from accidents or anything other than normal use.
- Products used for commercial purposes (rental, courier, etc.).
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- Products purchased from third-party internet sites (Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear.
Our Repair Process: We Can Often Fix It!
Because we make our products ourselves, we can often repair them. To see if your gear can be fixed:

- Have photos ready: Please include clear photos of the problem area so we can assess the damage.

If we determine your product can be repaired, we aim to have it back to you within 2-3 weeks.

This limited warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of Hyperlite Mountain Gear, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Hyperlite Mountain Gear product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Hyperlite Mountain Gear products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. In no event shall Hyperlite Mountain Gear be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from a breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to our products except as set forth herein. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
