Defects in Materials & Workmanship
We stand behind our products. If your gear has an issue caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge. Hyperlite Mountain Gear has the sole discretion to determine whether an item should be replaced or repaired due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Wear, Tear, and Trail Mishaps
We can repair most damage that occurs from normal (or abnormal) use, including punctures, tears, busted zippers, worn-out components, and damaged hardware. Below is a sample price range for common repairs. All final pricing will be confirmed once we have inspected your gear in person.

Yes. For the health and safety of our staff, we require all items to be sent in clean. Please brush off all dirt and debris and wipe down your gear. Items that arrive dirty will be returned to you immediately.
You are responsible for shipping costs to our facility. We will cover the return shipping cost for all completed repairs.
