ROLL-TOP FOOD BAG

THANKS FOR ADDING THE ROLL-TOP FOOD BAG AND ROCK BAG TO YOUR KIT!

Hyperlite Mountain Gear is not about bells and whistles, nonessential features, or the latest trending colors. We manufacture stripped down, high performance gear that’s been dialed in to meet, in as minimalist a manner as possible, the exacting requirements of the people who use it.

DON’T RISK IT WITH THE BISCUIT
The Roll-Top Food Bag and Rock Bag, connected by fifty feet of strong and reflective Lawson Ultraglide Bearline, are built with a blend of Dyneema® Composite Fabrics for maximum weight savings and reliability. The Roll-Top Food Bag is available in two volumes–10L and 15L–with a roll-top, magnetic closure design that can easily accommodate and adjust to single-to multi-day food quantities. There’s even a screen-printed spot for you to write in your trail name, preventing any embarrassing morning mix-ups when it’s time to ramble on.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Roll-Top Food Bag and Rock Bag are designed to keep your food out of reach of animals that might try to steal the contents and/or become problematic around humans staying at shelters and campsites.

The Roll-Top Food Bag and Rock Bag is NOT a substitute for a tested and approved bear canister in areas where one is required or backcountry locations in their habitat.

Periodically check The Roll-Top Food Bag and Rock Bag fabric, pockets, straps, buckles, and adjusters for signs of stress or tears and repair any damage before continued use.

Take the time on a dry, sunny day to spot-clean any areas that need it. A soft damp cloth and a mild soap (non-detergent and non-oil based soaps work well, do not bleach). Air-dry The Roll-Top Food Bag and Rock Bag by leaving them out to hang-dry. Make sure they are completely dry before long term storage.
