I MEAN WHERE DO YOU EVEN BEGIN WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING A DESCRIPTION FOR THIS TENT! IM A SELF ADMITTED GEAR JUNKY AND TRY TO TEST OUT AS MANY OPTIONS OUT ON THE MARKET THAT I CAN. THE UNBOUND 2 IS A VERY HARD OPTION TO GO AGAINST LET ALONE BEAT! THIS TENT HAS ENJOYED BOTH THE COLORADO TRAIL AND THE MOUNTAINS TO SEA TRAIL WITHOUT ISSUE. 2027 IT WILL BE WITH ME FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST HALF OF THE AT, THAN IM GONNA SWITCH IT OUT TO TEST A NEW FREE STANDING TENT FOR SOMEONE, UNLESS HYPERLITE HAS SOMETHING THEY WANT ME TO TEST OUT FOR THEM INSTEAD LOL. THIS IS A SINGLE WALL TENT SO CONDENSATION COULD BE AN ISSUE IF YOU DONT PREPARE FOR IT. I BRING A SMALL 3" RECHARGEABLE FAN THAT I HANG UP BY THE CELING LEVEL INSIDE THE TENT WHICH RUNS SUPER QUIET ALL NIGHT LONG. THIS KEEPS THE INTERIOR AIR MOVING AROUND ALL NIGHT LONG SO AS LONG AS YOUR ABLE TO KEEP THE VENTS OPEN ALL NIGHT CONDENSATION WILL BE NONEXISTENT . IM NOT AN ULTRA LITE PACKER BUT THE 135G FOR THE MINI FAN TO BASICALLY KEEP EVERYTHING BONE DRY ALL NIGHT IS ALWAYS WORTH IT TO ME. ILL FIND SOME PICTURES AND POST THEM FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. SORRY SHOULD HAVE PREPLANNED THAT BEFORE WRITING THIS. I RECOMMEND THIS TENT TO EVERYONE SERIOUSLY YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH IT AND HYPERLITE IS SUCH A GREAT COMPANY IF ANYTHING WERE TO BE WRONG WITH THE TENT FROM THIER END THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. I received this right before an early November multi-day backpack into the Gila Wilderness of SW New Mexico, an area with with a base elevation of 6,000 in the canyons up to over 11,000 feet high peaks. I have used other ultra-lite tents in the past, this was my first test of a single wall tent. I found the set-up and takedown to be very easy, and for an ultralight the floor space was adequate. I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs, my brother is 6'2" and had no problem either. I wondered if the single wall would make condensation a problem. We had no issues. That said, we had fine weather so perhaps it might be different otherwise. I will be interested in how it does in my home area of the Washington state Cascade mountains. I am very happy with this purchase. In this world, you get what you pay for, most of the time, and I think this was worth it.
