The Elevate 22 is available in three torso sizes for a premium fit, with a comfortable, minimalist structure. Use or remove the hip belt depending on the activity you've got on deck

I found it fits well this time. My previous long hike pack was to large.

Full disclosure … I just got this Elevate 22, but I am already impressed. I have a 19” torso length and originally ordered a size medium. I loaded it up with about 20lbs of kit and just could not find the sweet spot. I returned it for a size large and found both 20lbs and 12lbs loads to carry very comfortably on my body frame. The 12lbs load felt quite light indeed! I have never owned/used a “frameless, its just a bag” style pack but I am really looking forward to using this on extended day hikes into the back country looking for pristine “blue lines” on maps to fly fish. I plan on packing water bottle/filter, food, fire starter, headlamp, insulation layer, rain jacket, fly boxes, etc…enough for a day’s adventuring.

Small and compact, helps to encourage you to take less, saving weight on your back. Very durable material, comfortable for minimalist design
Love the pack. However I wish it had a loop on the top of the back inside to hook my hydration pack onto. A pouch would also be great for the hydration pack.
