Camera Pod

I have both the regular and large sizes of the camera pod. I have used them on trips to Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, and all points in between, including jungles and deserts. They have served me very well. My only request is a pod between the regular and large sizes. My larger camera does not quite fit in the regular pod, but the large pod is way too big for it and is quite inefficient when attached to my backpack. It swings around too much, to the point where I went back to my Peak Design clip for my larger camera. A medium pod would be great!

As mainly a mountain sport photograper (stephanrichardphotography.com) I use the pod (large) for all kinds of backcountry stuff. First pod I bought was a bad copy and fell apart on first use. Got a replacement from hyperlite very fast. Since then no complaints . Perfect for carrying your camera in various ways. I use it mainly with a Nikon Z8 (tight fit, but even with the 70-180 attached it fits).

Attached the camera to my shoulder strap and walked 2 miles up this stream to a nice waterfall. Crawled over and under brush, Mountain Laurel and Rhododendron with no problems. The pod protected my camera and being on my shoulder strap made the camera easy to get . Very pleased with the camera pod.

Got this for a recent backpacking trip - works great. Protects the camera a bit while remaining lightweight, easy to put on several parts of the bag.

I have a Fujifilm X-T5 and the new XF 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR Lens, and it just barely fits the regular size. You kinda have to shimmy it in a bit, but it will fit.
